Acceptance of the conditions

By accepting the Terms, or using the Application or placing a product order on the Application, you agree to be bound, without reservation or restriction, by the terms and conditions of the Conditions. The access to Application is subject to full and unreserved compliance with these Terms.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms or if you do not accept them in full, you have to you refrain from accessing or using the Application.

User account

In order to be able to use certain features of the Application, you may need to create a user account (a “User Account”). • violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or others, including patents, the marks of trade, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights or other proprietary rights property;
• monitor the availability, performance or functionality of the Application for competitive;
• use manual or automaton coding software, devices, robots or other means for access, decompose, analyze or index the features of the Application or any related service, data or information;
• make defamatory, abusive or threatening or harassing remarks unlawful, usurp the identity of a another person or intimidate another person, or misrepresent or deliberately wrong your reports with a person, in particular by using an electronic mail address or similar nicknames, or by creating fake accounts or by any other means or scheme;
• transmit code of a destructive nature that may damage, intercept surreptitiously or to expropriate a system, data or personal information or to interfere in any way detrimental with these;
• speak obscene language or use explicit language or profanity;
• display advertisements for your business, your products or those of another person or other type or form of spam;
• bypass any security feature of the Application;
• use the Application for a purpose for which it is not intended.

If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that you are not complying with the obligations mentioned above, or any other obligation stipulated in the Conditions, the Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without opinion, suspend your right to use the Application or limit your access to them from any other way who him seems appropriate.
